Returns Policy

What can be returned?
All products if  75% full.  We do not accept items used 50% full, we accept items ‘faulty’ against product description on label.  We do not accept returned items for customer changing their mind.

RETURN BY AUSTRALIA POST IF LESS THAN 20KG – IF 20KG OR MORE A RETURN WILL BE ARRANGED BY BIOSHINE FOR PICK UP BY COURIER.

Wherever possible we endeavor to ensure your Smiley Dog®/Cat® products arrive in pristine condition and perform as promised on the product label description.  
We will aim to respond within 24hrs to a returns request. If you wish to call us 10am to 4pm tel (03) 9580 3005 and we will be happy to assist you.

When do items need to be returned by?
Within 2 weeks of delivery or purchase

Where do items need to be returned to?
Bioshine / Smiley Dog ‘returns’ 2/32 Jarrah dr, Braeside VIC 3195

How do customers return items?
In box/packaging tight (same as delivered where possible), tops tightened and standing up in box -  or in person to Bioshine / Smiley Dog ‘returns’ 2/32 Jarrah dr, Braeside VIC 3195 10am to 4pm weekdays.

Shipping for returns?
Customer arranges/pays for return by australia post if less than 20kg
If 20kg or more a return will be arranged by bioshine for pick up by courier.

Credit for returns?
Full credit if item is deemed ‘faulty’ (after internal review of item) as against the product description on label. If the item is not deemed faulty the customer will be notified by email with a review report. We cannot accept returned items for ‘change of mind’ by customer.

Instore returns?
10am to 4pm weekdays at 2/32 Jarrah dr, Braeside VIC 3195 10am to 4pm weekdays.
