Shipping & Dispatch Policy

How do we ship?
All Smiley Dog®/Cat® orders are shipped via Australia Post from our warehouse in Woori Yallock, Victoria, Australia.

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are packed and posted within 3 working days of purchase.
We process orders Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian public holidays. Orders placed after hours or on weekends will be processed the following business day.

How long will delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location and Australia Post service times.
Standard Australia Post delivery times apply.

Where do we ship to?
We ship to all Australian addresses including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.
Please contact us if you require international shipping – this may be available by arrangement.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Occasionally we may offer free shipping promotions – these will be clearly advertised on our website.

What if I’m not home?
If no one is available to accept the delivery, Australia Post will leave a collection card and your order will be available at your local post office.

Can I pick up my order in person?
At this time, in-person pick-up is not available from our warehouse. All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Damaged or missing parcels
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing during delivery, please contact us within 7 days of expected arrival so we can lodge an investigation with Australia Post and assist with a resolution.
